Refund Policy
At CFC Barcelona, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Participants may cancel their registration and request a refund up to 14 days before the official start date of the camp.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date, except in cases of force majeure. Force majeure includes exceptional circumstances beyond the participant’s reasonable control, such as serious illness or injury. Supporting documentation may be required.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the campus administration team. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
