· Camp sessions run from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Sessions are divided into one 60 minute and two 75-min training blocks, with 15-minute breaks between blocks.
We do not recommend any player registering for 2 sessions., as the learning and intensity required will need proper recuperation time. No refunds provided for players who choose to register for 2 sessions a day for the week.
