· Sessions run daily from 5:00- 9:15 pm
Sessions are divided into three 75-min training blocks, with 15-minute breaks between blocks.
We do not recommend any player registering for 2 sessions., as the learning and intensity required will need proper recuperation time. No refunds provided for players who choose to register for 2 sessions a day for the week.
